Privacy Policy

Privacy is a very important issue to us. When placing an order or subscribing to our email newsletter, account information is only used for order processing and email addresses are included in our mailing list for occasional newsletters about new arrivals, sales, and other beneficial information. Your information is secure and we will not forward it to a third party. If you’d like to be removed from our mailing list, feel free to contact us at any time.

Our online shop is secured behind an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and your (PayPal or credit card) payments are received via PayPal so we never see your payment account information. So rest assured, your information is safe!

Online Accounts

When setting up an online account, your password is accessible only by you. If you forget your password, you may reset it by verifying the email address associated with your account. We will not reset passwords through any other email not associated with your account.

While logged in, you may update your account information and view your order history at any time. Orders already in shipment may not be updated. If you have any other questions or concerns regarding your order status or account information, feel free to contact us.

Product Descriptions

• We occasionally do minor repairs on some of our items such as shorten hems, replace buttons, trim threads, etc. We also meticulously spot wash all items.
• We do our best to describe and photograph each item to the best of our ability. Colors may vary due to your monitor settings.
• We describe materials to the best of our ability and include wash/care instructions based on material.
• Since we don’t completely know previous ownership, some items may have been in pet households. Please be aware of this if you have any pet allergies.
• We cannot guarantee authenticity of designer brands or certain materials.
• Our items are priced based on condition and design.
• All items are priced in USD. If you use PayPal, prices can be converted to your preferred currency during checkout.

Sizes

We measure all garments laying flat and unstretched at the shoulders, bust, waist, hips, and length (where appropriate). Then we label sizes according to the following conversion charts, so you can be sure our sizes are uniformly determined:

To find your size, measure around the fullest part of your bust and hips and 2-3 inches below your navel for your waistline. Length is measure from the nape of the neck to the hemline. If you are unsure, try measuring an item you already own and compare it to the measurements in the description of the item. You may also contact us if you have any questions regarding the size or fit of an item. We’ll do our best to answer your questions.

Shipping

All items shipped within the U.S. are sent USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number and take approximately 4-5 business days to arrive.
Items shipped outside the U.S. are sent USPS International First Class and take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive. International shipments do not qualify for tracking numbers.
We are not responsible for lost packages or delays caused by the shipper.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the pre-owned nature of items, we do not accept returns. If you feel items have been grossly misrepresented, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will review your case. Store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
